Decided to try this salon even over the low ratings, because I've already tried several ones in the area and still haven't found a really good one. Overall a very good salon. There were a lot of positives but some negatives as well. This is my experience. I liked how precise the lady was with my nails, she was really making sure I liked the length and shape of every nail and really gave me a great shape (exactly what I asked for). The color is applied very nicely, too. They were all very nice. I can be mistaken, but it gave me a "family business" kind of feeling. The negatives were that some small parts of the process of removing my 'old' nails were a bit painful, so I think that they could work on that, cause having your nails done really shouldn't hurt you. Also, they left my skin around my nails all scratched/scraped from the files (in the photos it is after I already put moisturiser on my hands, it looked worse before) - at the end they also didn't put any oil on the skin around my nails as they do at all other places I've been to over the years. I also asked for the little ombré design and was informed it is going to be 15 extra - which I didn't have a problem paying, but I think it is too much as an extra charge considering they literally just sprayed the glitter on my nails and it took like 5 seconds for each nail. It was 75 in total, which is literally the price I pay at my other (quite luxurious) spa, when I want to get my nails done there (it's not in this area), so I think it's a little too much for this area and quality of the salon. Again, I don't have a problem with paying the money, it's just the principle. I mean, I really like the finish result (will see how long they stay on), but have to give only 4 stars for some of the negative things. Will definitely give it another try, if it gets better or not.

We were able to walk in and straight away had our nails done. Others did have to wait because it got busy. They had a wide range of colours and styles, and they also had the option between matte and shiny. I received exactly what I asked for and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I have a negative comment for is that we were told the acrylic nails were 60 with shellac but we paid 65 (that might’ve been because I had one nail as a different colour though).
OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING I LOVE IT SO MUCH WILL DEFIANTLY COME AGAIN
The guy was really nice about getting our nails done on a busy day, however it was a really rushed job all my nails are uneven and different shapes. He forgot to paint one of my nails and didn't do a top coat on one. They were ruined within a few days. Also got charged extra.
I have been going here for over five years, the staff have become like family, they’re always polite, positive and friendly. The male and his wife usually do my nails and are very accommodating, especially cause I ask for a lot of annoying things haha, but they’ve never turned me down and I always leave happy. I feel so relaxed when I’m there and find myself falling asleep while I’m the chair. I have nothing bad to say about them and will continue coming here as long as they’re still there
Always friendly, good value
I go here all the time to get my nails done and thay are great however I have found lately that everytime I go I get charged a different price for the same thing. Extreamly annoying
First time I came here it was great, loved my nails. I even asked for her name to book in with her next time. I called up on a Saturday morning and booked in with the same lady for 12pm because I knew it would be busy.. I walked in at midday and no appointment was put into the book even though I called and left my name and the time. I waited 30 minutes to be seated and shown some colours. I didn’t get the lady I asked for I got the only male worker that works there. That first time I was in there he cut an elderly woman’s finger and she bled the whole time.. this time with him I am so disappointed with his service. He cut me twice and charged me an extra 5 per nail replacement (I get acrylics.) I’ve been getting my nails done for close to 3 years now and not once have I ever been charged more than 60 to get my nails done and been cut into without a discount. If you do end up coming here (I’m assuming it would be against your will if you had too) don’t ever get the male “nail technician” amongst other things he can’t apply colour, the glue has now become unstuck from my real nail (the one that was recently replaced) and the glue is yellow.. don’t ever come here! ZERO STARS!
