I contacted Nowra RV via email & phone call searching for a rubber seal for my jayco expanda. I sent labelled photos & chasis number to assist. I feel they were dismissive & quick to say they couldn't get the part as it no longer existed due to perhaps small profit margin for them. I then contacted Jayco Sydney who were able to find the part quite efficiently & its now on the way to my house. As a young, enthusiastic, new caravaner unfortunately they won't get my returned business & I will travel to Sydney for future assistance.
