After sourcing the opening hours on the net we loaded the truck to take to parker and sell. I confirmed they were still open at 11am on the way the site was saying closing soon.... got there it was CLOSED They NEED to advertise correctly for opening hours on Saturdays drove a long distance, cost of petrol...and it was not open....... costing us to loose our load and money .....not impressed.
Called them to pick up a car, they said they'd get back to me didn't call back for a couple days, called them again said they would then it was another couple of days. Had to call another company which did it the same day. Called to get more things picked up & because I'd gotten another company to pick things up they told me to get them to do it instead. Wouldn't recommend.
