Cancelled a shuttle service in March 2020, when cruise was cancelled. Was given a credit to use by Oct2020. if not used by then, a refund was promised. Chased it up for 3 months with no replies from them. Went to Dept of Fair Trade. Business was sold in July, new owners are refusing to pay ! after 10 years using their service, will never use them again !!!!!

Very efficiently run Shuttle service to Sydney Airport. Courteous, friendly drivers and office staff. I have tried other similar local services but found them no where as good. The mini buses with Shoalhaven Shuttle are very comfortable and clean . Another positive for this company is that as well as a verbal confirmation when you book you are also provided with an emailed confirmation of both your booking and payment. Lastly they have very competitive,affordable prices. I will stick with Shoalhaven and definitely recommend them to others.
What a fantastic service to be picked up from your door, taken directly to the airport, then picked up, and taken back home on your return. As a frequent flyer this service is perfect for my work, I can still do calls and work during transport to and from the airport. The service is perfect when booking my flights I call and confirm the suitable pick up times, Narelle and the Team work with you. All the drivers are friendly and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. I don't just use them for work, but also when traveling on a holiday with the family, cost for petrol, parking and the hassle of driving home when tired from a great holiday, are taken away from you, so we can relax and enjoy the trip home together as a family. Highly recommend anyone planning a trip away, to give them a call, and add Shoalhaven Shuttle into their plans.
We have used Shoalhaven Shuttle 5 times and there service and the professional way that they run there business is a credit to them. Im actually going to ring them on Monday to book our upcoming trip to Europe. They ggave always been on time to pick us up from home and have waited for us at airport due to immigration.
