Very easy to book an appointment at the store in Stocklands Nowra. The eye exam was thorough but quick, easy and painless. There's a large range of frames to choose from instore and the sales team are fantastic. Very happy with the level of service I was provided and I love that my private health insurance fund covered the cost of my glasses through Specsavers

Great service! I lost my new pair of prescription sunglasses a week after I received them and the staff at spec savers were fantastic! They gave me a golden ticket so I could have a half off discount and when I went in to order the glasses Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure I got my glasses in a very short time as I had an important trip coming up and urgently needed the glasses. Now if only they were implanted with a locator chip all would be great

On Monday this week I had an appointment at midday at Stockland Mall Specsavers. We arrived at 11.55 and I was taken in for a preliminary test almost straight away. Great start. Then we were asked to take a seat and ‘he will only be a few minutes’. So we sat there. By 12.30 we were still sitting there. My problem here there was no further communication from those staff, definitely avoiding eye contact even though each of those staff members must have walked past us many times. There wasn’t even a hello from any of the staff on that floor. Even Bunnings staff all say ‘hello’. If there had have been a quick ‘sorry, won’t be much longer’ I probably would have sat there till 1pm. It is the absolute lack of communication and consideration that made me decide to leave without being seen. As we were leaving there suddenly became a sing song ‘sorrreee’. Too late. I will never go back to Specsavers in Nowra again.

Went to this store on Saturday afternoon without an appointment with a suspected retina damage issue. Optometrist Jeremy conducted the most thorough examination and arranged for me to see an ophthalmologist at Sydney Eye Hospital next morning.Since then he has been in touch twice whilst off duty to check on my welfare and asked me to come in to see him on Tuesday .All this at no cost to me. Never mind “Should have gone to to Specsavers “...just do it!
