Good prices and good service. The chain I ordered was exactly as described and the shipping was fast. The only thing NR1 Motor shoud improve is communication because before ordering, I asked a question about the chain for my bike and only got an answer after 2 days. I was just about to order the same chain to an Ebay seller because I thought that NR1 wouldn't answer my question, but then at the last minute I finally got answer from NR1 and ordered from them. The \Ask a question\ option they have on their website doesn't work, I had to contact them through their email to ask my question. So, communication should be improved, but otherwise my experience has been very positive, thank You !

Nr1 always provide a fast service. helpful with order issues or changes and are quick on reacting and providing information.
I experienced some miscommunication and delay between Nr.1 Motor, PostNL and myself with an earlier order but this second order was delivered within a couple of days. The people seem friendly and helpful enough and their prices are OK
Ordered the Drag Specialities Slashdown slip ons, they arrived 2 day's later on a saturday even, in excellent state. Great Service, fast delivery top place to get bike parts.
very bad service, I have been waiting for an order for 2 weeks now, only on the last delivery day did they let me know that they didn’t have the product in stock, after two weeks and now they don’t know when they will be in stock, that is, it may take a while a week as a month, I sent an email asking for a refund and nothing or a single response from the company! very bad service in relation to the competition, I just hope I haven't lost my money
