Nick was the best! We had a 100 year old house to sell, and there were not many comps in the area, but Nick did the research and helped us price it right. Had various repairs to do and Nick knew the person(s) to do the work. He was understanding and professional - helped us get through the \it didn't sell yet!\ phase and then when it did sell, got us through the inspection and negotiations phase. Can't say enough about his knowledge and support through the process of selling our house.
