I phoned yesterday to mention I felt unsafe. I spoke to a woman. She searched the most recent incident, and told me there was a ref for a protection order. Told me she would get back to me...no reply. I phoned the closest open police station today to seek some further assistance. No answer. A real disgrace our tax dollars go to uninvested people. Many many people die from domestic violence. It takes many forms. And it appears those who are supposed to take action fail miserably.
