Went to buy a desk/gaming table .. ended also buying outdoor furniture for the gazebo and a coffee table!! Leanne was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank ypu will go back for her excellent customer service. Will post review on furniture post delivery in a couple of weeks

Service at the Nunawading store is exceptional. Purchased a ‘Settler’ bedroom package from Glen, the store manager. Delivered on time. Called Glen as there was a slight defect on one of the drawers in the bed side chest. He personally home delivered a brand new unit and swapped with the damaged one. It is the first time I have shopped at Amart and I did so as the ‘Settler’ range was by far the best value for money in classic timber furniture. There is another Amart store closer to home which I have visited, however will be returning to Nunawading purely for the great customer sales service they offer. Good work.

Almost every single product came damaged. Ordered a 7 piece dining set and had to wait 8 weeks. Table top came with a smashed corner, one chair had a bent leg, one chair was missing a foot, and one chair had silver paint dripped on the black vynal. Amart offered to replace the table top. If I wanted damaged furniture I would have bought second hand from Gumtree.

Great price on a couch. Offer a7 year warranty. But when a cushion collapses after just 2 years, it's apparently 'wear and tear'.

Pathetic delivery and customer service. The sofa set came after 4 months and then the delivery guys just dumped the sofa. They didn’t install and take the packaging citing Covid concerns. Wow .. you can come inside and keep the sofa but can’t do the installation. How convenient. Called customer service and was kept waiting for 25 mins only to speak to a representative who was simply not understanding. Had to uninstall 14 legs with no manual. Never buying again from AMART.

A couple of days ago I was shopping from this Amart and had a very good experience, the staff that worked with us was Kavish, he was so friendly and kind, also gave us very good price compared to other places.
