I would like to say thank you to the Chinese speaking staff who works in the morning. He has made my mum's pharmacy visit more easier and enjoyable due to her limited language. Recommended to those elderly or people who has limited vocab in English and prefer to communicate in Chinese or Cantonese.

I am regular customer buying medicines from this shop. I came to get certified copy of passport but lady refused to certify , Very bad customer service.
The best pharmacy: not for stock or lowest price. They are very knowledgeable and have a great range of medicine. Frankly the staff here are what keeps this pharmacy cranking. They do have some “quirky” items to browse which is always great. Price is very fair, and compares with Chemist Warehouse. If you are sick of 20 year old pharmacist asking “have you ever used this before” after your fourth repeat, try it out on your next pharmacy trip.
I purchased a simple tablet from this pharmacy and I was charged almost 27. Next week I went to Chemist Warehouse and purchased the identical product for under 12. The difference is significant. That was the last time for me buying anything from them. Not acceptable.
Filled my prescription through this location. They offered to kept the script which had 3 refills left. Now, I have to go back to the doctor to get a new script. As I am not a resident it will be 80 to go to the doctor again. No empathy from the employees at this location. Thank you for the phone call, but you completely misread the situation. You called my doctor without asking me prior and still you were not able to fill my prescription. I am not sure about this, but I never gave you consent to call my doctor as I was not going to fill my prescription with you again. You also called around looking to see where I filled the other prescription. I am not sure why you felt the need to find that out as well or why you spent the time. You are right, but you did not bother to look at the dosage. I could have had over a year of my prescription, but the majority of that was too large a dose in case my condition worsened while on a ship for months. So, I really should have only filled 5 months. As I said in my post earlier, you offered to hold onto my prescription for future refills during my original visit. You now do not have it. So, now I have to make another appointment to fill the prescription at 80 as I am not a resident. I will leave my post as a 1 star still as I feel like you have gone out of your way to not only try to cover yourself on google maps, as well as trying to make it look like it was my fault in the process.
The best pharmacy by far, they have taken care of me and my family for years. If they moved over an hour away I would still find them. They are thorough and polite and go above and beyond. I couldn't name another pharmacy like them. *edit* Just read some of the negative reviews, I can wholeheartedly disagree with all of them. I would find it very hard to believe that many people have been to them as long as I have and have never have I been upsold or been given bad advice. Please take the time to visit them and see for yourself.
Great services from the pharmacist and her staff especially during this pandemic. Price is fair and it definitely worthy for their services. Why would someone compare smaller or individual pharmacy with big brand like CWH? Yea, CWH's price is cheap but most of them their services are terrible and I cant feel any patient-centered care from them at all. To the previous review, no offense but I think 80-90% of the pharmacy will have this donation event for stat declaration or certification. If you want something free, you can ask your partner or your family to sign it for you and see whether your application will get accepted by the authority???. Professional like police or healthcare worker's work should be appreciated in this case. They didnt get paid to give out their signature.
Visit this pharmacy regularly because staff are welcoming, they are friendly and give good service. Also not a long wait for prescriptions. Really helps that they are open till late as well.
