It was my first time at this AutoBarn yesterday. Despite going back and forth a few times to the store to get the right battery for my car, your staff Rhys has been really patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. Really appreciate the great service. Will definitely shop here again. :-)

In the 10mins that we browsed the shelves for car seat covers, three different staff members came up to ask if we needed help. Advise was rendered in the friendliest manner as we made our selection. When we asked for further assistance with our car stereo system, they asked for us to drive our car around for them to check. And with some quick fiddling, our speakers were fixed! We are very happy and most impressed with the standard of service we received and the extra lengths the staff went through to help. They deserve a good rating and review. Well done guys! Keep up the good work.
Steve & Jason are without doubt the very finest and best professional customer service people I've ever experienced [going way back to obtaining my first car in the early 90's, never known a better C/S experience] their excellent - Autobarn HQ should be 100% proud of their efforts, they've both made Nunawading a far better store than it was back when opened around 2013. Other Autobarn stores in the area are good but Steve & Jason make visiting an absolute pleasure, A & 10/10 truly the best-of-the-best!
Last week Autobarn Doncaster was the only store thats local you could click and collect this week its the Nunawading store which is fine by me, service was quick friendly. Yes i'm a car guy
