Bus driver had his engine running outside our house for 45 minutes before kids actually boarded the bus. Approached him after 25 minutes of idling and he first said the bus has ad blue so it doesn’t pollute which is incorrect only an electric or hydrogen bus doesn’t emit any co2 from the exhaust then I mentioned noise pollution and he said the bus had to be cool.. it was 17 degrees and overcast. I took a photo of his number plate so I could talk to the company and he called me a d....head. He is lucky I’m actually a normal person any other hothead would have dragged him off the bus. Completely uncalled for and ridiculous. The council is involved now and the company will be in line for potential fines for noise pollution. Oh and Alan at the company completely defended the driver and his actions.

Absolutely shocking culture at crown buses so rude. I wouldnt recommend them to a rat. There rip offs. And extremely rude.
