A great experience from the time we first spoke to our sales rep, Albert, to when we collected the car. Potentially, there was a fairly long delivery period due to COVID related production & shipping issues but we were kept updated on a regular basis & the car ended up arriving a month earlier than expected. The handover of the vehicle included an extremely comprehensive demonstration of the key (& not so key but very useful) features of the vehicle. All in all a very professional but at the same time personal experience from start to finish.

After an initial hiccup when the vehicle was first ordered due to a change in staffing, I am more than happy with the service provided by the Sales team at Eastside Skoda during a difficult time thanks to Covid restrictions. Special thanks go to Rob Little for his service and ease to deal with. Thanks to Alberto Aurisano for a most comprehensive handover. After buying numerous new cars, this is the first time that a car has been delivered with a full tank of fuel... without having to negotiate... not a major thing, but a very pleasant surprise. I now look forward to a long association with the guys at Eastside Skoda who will be looking after my Kodiaq Sportline.

Our salesman Alberto looked after us extremely well. Never failed to return a call or answer our question. We first started dealing with Alberto during lock down however our experience was very positive.
The service centre team are friendly, honesty, professional and efficient. Really helpful and ready to answer any questions or concerns. The service process seamless with the team keeping me informed along the way. Cost of the service was competitive with other local service centres with a convenient location a 10 min stroll to Nunawading train station. It's great to have a Skoda centre near me now!
