Gabriel, I have been meaning to do this for you guys for a very long time but after all the help and support and dealing with the headaches with the POLO and national warranty company. You have literally gone well out of your way to organize everything for me and squeeze me in during all the madness and rush. If an automotive service is one you seek, you want top grade work that is honest and fair. You will most certainly be well looked after. I have had everything from servicing to engine rebuilds to simple basic electrical faults to now a failed turbo and a warranty company that tried to screw us over and yet these guys will find a way to resolve any issues you encounter. Thanks mate, you guys are absolute bloody legends. 10/10 Justin.

After booking my car inspection via their Customer Service person who was friendly and professional. I attended the workshop on time and was met by their senior mechanic who was unprofessional and rude and he said that he was not aware of the booking. He was also rude and condescending to two more customers at the same time in front of me. He kept blaming his boss for making bookings and arrangements that he was not aware of. I took my car away since I was not comfortable leaving it there and he did not seem interested in working on it and he did not want to confirm a time when I can come and pick it up. I spoke afterwards to the same customer service person who booked my car in the first place who was apologetic and mentioned they will have this looked into. It is sad to see how one person can ruin a business reputation in less than 5 minutes interaction considering my main attraction to book with this business was their positive reviews. I hope this gets addressed.
