Really disappointed about delivery. Waited from 1 pm - 4 pm today for my fridge and did not delivered. 4.30pm Rang back to the store & they said they cannot contact the delivery guy & doing their best. We have no time to waste like you guys. We have some other things to do. If you cant come in the time frame please let your client know it. Never ever arrange a delivery from you again & not recommending to anyone deliver items from you.

Harvey Norman Nunawading and its supplier -A.H.BEARD bully clients. We bought a mattress from Harvey Norman Nunawading store 9 months ago but now the mattress is misshaped and the sagging are deep. We complaint to Harvey Norman but they said it is a minor problem and will give us a repair only but nothing else. We couldn’t believe that a only 9 months old mattress misshaped which is what they call it a minor problem. It is a faulty product!! We bought a mattress 6 years ago which was much cheaper than the one we bought from Harvey Norman and it is still the original shape. In this situation Harvey Norman Nunawading both customer service and manager from bedding department are rude and impatient to us and they never said “sorry” or a word about apology for the inconvenience and frustration we have been through. The customer customer lady from A.H.BEARD Mattress kept saying that the store won’t give you a refund and the Harvey Norman staffs kept saying that the supplier won’t give you a refund but a repair. So it makes us to believe that they are in the same team covering each other. I can’t believe this is the way they are treating clients. We trust Harvey Norman but Harvey Norman as a reputed retailer betrayed our trust, and it helps and covers problems for its suppliers only instead of helping its clients.
Always easy to deal with. This was a faulty product, they gave a new one within a couple of minutes.
Solid range but poor customer service in the tech department. Staff were congregating near the cooling vent and sharing inappropriate videos, rather than approaching customers. After some time, one salesperson did offer assistance and was friendly and knowledgeable. However, he left abruptly and never came back. Was quite interested in making a purchase but there were no staff on hand to assist. Saw other customers waiting and looking around as well. Finally walked out after about 10 minutes of no service.
the service here, at least in my experience, is surprisingly good. the staff are professional and look after you well.

Wonderful customer service in the tech department this afternoon. Productive, efficient and polite staff. Wasn't here for more than a minute without being addressed, even if service wasn't able to be provided immediately, due to staff being held up with other customers. Came in after having a pretty horrible customer service experience at Officeworks. Did not regret coming into Harvey Norman Nunawading at all! Vijay, Thank-you for understanding this importance of customer service! 5 stars!!!
