I want to thank all of the staff at Highgrove Bathrooms in Nunawading. Being a novice at bathroom renovations the help and advise they gave us was fantastic.They went over and above when we had issues that were not their doing and sent stock out to us by courier so the plumbers could continue with their work. Their kindness will not be forgotten and I will be referring customers to them whenever I can.

The worest delivery services from this shop! When courier comes they didn't call, didn't press the door bell, didn't knock the door, then left! The people from the shop had call me to inform me that courier is outside, when u got out no one is outside at all! Because of this i had to make two delivery fees to rebook! This is rediculous and the worst services i have never experienced!

Lovely bunch of people behind the counter (even shared their chips with me!). Lucas was new but managed my purchase well and was assisted by a more senior staff member who also got the vanity from out the back and carefully placed in my car. Was impressed with the range available and prices were very reasonable. The first time I went there I was helped by one of the guys who answered my questions but also knew when to leave me alone. Thanks Highgrove Nunawading, I will return.

Rude Rude Rude! Went there for some advice and the men there were so rude I walked out and went elsewhere and happily handed over 2755 and not only got great products I got great service as well. You guys missed out BIG TIME!
