I took the kids to KFC the other week and was treated with wonderful customer service, I believe the young fellas name was Aidan as I asked for his name. This man Aidan made my experience fantastic with his kindness and generosity. He was such a polite young man and he reminded me of myself when I was in my younger days. Give Aidan a pay rise he deserves it!!!

24th Jan 2021 5pm. I ordered 2 larges chips and other things aswel but end up coming home with half filled chips on both of them. A blonde girl served me at the drive thru and she also done my orders. I am very disappointed and upset. Please have your staff trained on how to serve food properly. WILL NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK HERE.
Ordered cheap as chips meal. Didn't come with a drink. Had to ask for our drink. Asked if it has extra salt as requested. Drive through worker said yes. After testing clearly didn't. Chicken was dry and poorly cooked. Then, to top it off, no serviettes or cutlery given. Never again! Red rooster fried chickens the way to go now.
Quick service. The staff taking the orders at the window could do with a little more customer focus training rather than making their customers feel like they are an inconvenience to the employees that they are there ordering.
Went through this 24 hour drive through on 7-2-21 @ 3am in the morning and were closed for system upgrade. Poor form, on top of very luke warm fries and if you don't tell them they repeat this over & over again. Perfect service spiel bit short on actual delivering a product proper!
After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I missed a chicken wing. It’s not the orderer’s mistake. The kitchen is too slow. Bad review
When ordering from this store they always forget to add items that should be included. Half the food is always missing, also it's badly packed and there is never any serviettes or anything to eat your food with. Also when calling to complain again that this has happened, I was greeted on the phone with rudeness. Sort your staff out!!! The delivery fee is also disgusting for such rubbish service.
Not very good service. Young kids employed won't really care about service after all. The good part is you get chicken.
