We purchased our bed 2020 during COVID, 2 months later a bolt for the hydraulic arm snapped and we now cannot use the compartment underneath for storage. We called Kings and they told us that it would take a month for the part to arrive and then be changed. 1 month turned into 3 months now almost 6 months later and our bed is still broken. Kings customer service for us has been is non-existent. We ring, they sometimes take our call, they promise and then we have to ring again. We have followed up now at least 10 times and each time be left with a hollow promise. This experience has left us with a bitter taste, as we thought we were buying a premium product!

Comfy bed, slept there for over 3 days, it is legitimately that good. A down side of my King Living experience though is I've woken up in a Saudi Arabian prison. Help me, I heard the guards saying they're going to cut of my left big toe.

We love our new sofa, 5 stars for the sofa BUT my review is about the poor service I've received in regards to mistakes made by King living. We ordered our sofa in June and paid in full, prior to delivery. Our sofa was delivered in September minus one seat which had been configured incorrectly. Shouldn't really happen as they have the configuration documented when you buy but mistakes happen. OK We were told 4-6 week wait. OK Its now march and we are still waiting. King has not kept us informed about delays, when we call they blame covid lockdowns. King can't even give us an estimation of when we can expect the missing seat which is now 5 months missing in action. King have offered no apology and just keep giving the covid excuse, which of course we understand has some impact but not 5 months! Feels to us like once King has your money they don't care about you, I wonder how much faster we would have had the missing seat if full payment was made at the time of full delivery???

Nice looking sofa but don’t get the feather tops, after 2 years and several feather top replacements we are still pulling feathers out of the the material that prickle our legs (thru jeans!). I’ve given up complaining ...
