Bad service! When I ordered, sales person told me in stock. Told me can be delivered in my schedule time. But in due date they said have to be one month later. So I sent email to ask to cancel my order. No one response at all! Never go back to buy from Koala again.

Do not buy from this place. Bought a king size bed came with faulty part, couldn't put it together. All the parts and packages have been lying around my bedroom for more than a week. It's customer service team is the worst, don't even bother to understand what is happening and keep sending misleading information. I will return all the renaming. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They don't look after you when you have problem.

We visited the Nunawading store in Victoria. We had not been to Koala living before and were visiting for the first time. We nearly walked past the shop as we initially thought the furniture looked high class contemporary/modern and would be beyond our budget. We were shocked at how reasonably priced everything was considering the high quality furniture featured. We are currently building a home, and were excited to be able to choose all our sofas for the family living and rumpus, as well as dining room furniture all from Koala Living. The staff were extremely helpful in aiding us in our selection as well as giving us a generous package deal. The beautiful finishes and elegant look of the furniture will give our home a wow factor. We will definitely be returning to Koala Living when we move into our home to purchase the finishing touches of paintings and mirrors.
