Went here to get a simple roadworthy certificate on my van. Came back and the guy quotes 2000 of repairs, most of which aren't even needed for a roadworthy. I refused to get the repairs as it felt scammy. Went to get a another roadworthy from another place in Mont Albert and not a single repair needed!!! I could not believe it! This is one hell of a dodgy operator. Avoid like the plague!
Joe was efficient and went out of his way to get the parts needed for my car. He was able to have everything fixed with a few hours noticed within 24 hours. Would highly recommend!!
Limited options to bring our mini bus in for a servicing, we went to M1 Motors. We know now that we should have checked the reviews beforehand as we definitely got played. We asked for a servicing and roadworthy and upon collecting after the servicing we were straight away told that it would not pass a roadworthy with at least 6000 worth of repairs needed. Having then taken it to another mechanic we soon realised that we were lied to about the majority of things that needed fixing that were never even mentioned by the second mechanic. To anyone that's taking their vehicle just be aware that you will be lied to and M1 has zero ethics. Ensure to always do your follow up research afterwards if something doesn't sit right with you. Sorry Joe but if we had paid that 6k we would have been financially ruined, please get some morals.
Total rip off. Please stay away. Your bill can be few thousands for simple fixes especially when it comes to roadworthy. Mycar is much more trustable.
