The Flooring Centre provided us with an outstanding product, service and support. Not only they provided us with the right, high quality product, but guided us through the whole process of replacing carpets with timber flooring in our apartment. This included the selection of an appropriate sound insulation to meet our Owners Corporation requirements. They subcontractors did also an excellent job. We would not hesitate to recommend The Flooring Centre to anybody who wants to install ne floors.

We were surprised by the affordable prices for what appear to be lovely quality rugs - I was expecting to find prices in the thousands but most were in the hundreds, from what I saw. There were some fancier more expensive ones, but a range was available for various budgets. They have a helpful guide painted onto the floor to allow you to see the various sizes of the rugs, and every rug is available in any of those sizes. You can pay for the rug, take it home to try, and return the next day for a refund if it doesn't look right. I appreciated that the staff didn't try any up-selling - we did ask about non-slip adhesive, but the sales person helpfully suggested we mightn't need it and to try the rug out first before purchasing anything additional. Something that also struck us was how beautifully the showroom was set up - for both hard flooring (which I didn't purchase) on one side of the space and rugs on the other side. So tidy and inviting compared to other places I have been.

Very happy with my new floor, thanks, Derek! Very professional, accommodating, and patient. All my questions were answered spontaneously and everything was explained clearly. Everything was very well organized prior to installation, and installation was great as well. Any problem was communicated, attended and rectified straight away.

As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the range and service and there was no confusion as to what they could or could not supply and install. We chose the European Oak Herringbone Vanilla and it looks absolutely amazing! Shaun, the floor layer, was also very pleasant to deal with and did an absolutely fantastic job. Thank you!

Best flooring shop in Nunawading. Quality floors - I got some Swiss laminates and they look beautiful in my little office, so much better than the floating floors I installed from Bunnings in another area (sorry).
