I am shattered. I live in London and my little sister turned 18 back home in OZ, I ordered flowers (upgraded), a balloon and a bottle of Baileys. I paid 160 for this thinking the bunch will be massive and pretty and they were crappy and small. No balloon included. When i emailed them they told me they would refund the balloon but with regards to the flowers they meet the value standards of the company. Apparently this is 90 of flowers Not bloody happy

I looked everywhere on the web to be assured that my family could be delivered flowers the very day I ordered them. We had just lost a special family member and I wanted to send my condolences that day as I live interstate and it would take a few days for me to get there. So I ordered the flowers with home delivery the same day. Instead I received a voice message and email two hours later stating this would not occur despite all over the website guaranteeing delivery. When I called back things went even more southward. The lady was extremely rude and had no empathy for my plight, and when I asked what she could do to help she offered nothing. Despite my plea for assistance and compassion I was met with nothing more than a bored robotic rude woman with no suggestions as "the courier left extra early that day" despite my order placed at 11am, 3 hours before the cut off purchase time. I emailed that evening to express my disappointment and today I received a reply. "aspects of your order have been managed within our own and industry standards. Your request for upgrade has not been authorized". All I asked was for a couple extra flowers to make up for their false advertising. I am disgusted with this company, disgusted with their customer service and disgusted with their attitude. I will never order through them again.

Fast and reliable. The flowers were delivered on time on the same day as I placed my order. My friend said they were absolutely beautiful and lasted well. The price was quite reasonable when I compared to other online companies. I would use The Flower Company again. without hesitation

Ordered flowers for a birthday. Was told that they could not be delivered on the date selected, despite no warning on the website. Was also told my options were to deliver on another day or 'cancel' the order and be charged 12 for 'cancelling' something that was not ever provided. Have now read these google reviews and wish I had done so earlier as would not have used this site had I seen the outpouring of disappointment and poor service. UPDATE: company saw this review on Google and cancelled my order..! DO NOT USE.

I was told 4 hours after placing my order by email that I would be charged an extra 20 for delivery because the delivery area was "restricted" even though it was only a 15min drive from the apparent florist. When I questioned Sarah about this it became 10 extra fee but she couldn't tell me why. Then she changed her mind to a 10 or 20 fee because the florist requested it. It was incredibly unprofessional that they couldn't get their story straight over their additional fees or the cost of them. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never place an order here again.

Item that I ordered was NOT IN STOCK. I was offered something completely different which did not suit the recipient. I asked them to cancel the order and was charged a 15 cancellation fee. Customer service agent advised that was "their policy" however nowhere on their website does it clearly mention that they have a cancellation fee. Even still, if the product I ordered was not in stock, I am entitled to a full refund. Have had to resort to Paypal to get the remainder of my refund back.

Not recommend!!! My rating out of 5 is 0. My mother in law was meant to receive her flowers last Saturday for her birthday and she has only just received them so 5 days late. Incorrect spelling on the piece of paper they call a card. Not helpful at all. Reading through some of these reviews I'm lucky she even received them. Poor customer service!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered same day delivery yesterday, and they were not delivered. I had to call to find out why, to be told "it was a public holiday" .. The public holiday? Melbourne cup. I was ordering flowers in the Northern Territory and did not factor this in. Very disappointed. They list themselves as a national company, yet fail to provide a national service. I did not receive much sympathy from the call center as "it is listed in the terms & conditions" (who reads them, seriously?) however they did offer a refund. Suggestion: If same day delivery isn't available, put it clearly on your website!
