Dealt with Nunzio and Harry for the last 5 years with the Unit Complex they Manage. Cant recommend them highly enough , with there attention to detail and follow up. If any issues come up , they are onto it and make sure the complex is always looking fantastic. thanks Guys

Have only had great experiences with Urban Body Corporate. Nunzio is always very professional and helpful. I only have ever needed to deal with them if there have been issues in my complex, however they are always on top of it and rectify any issues.

When dealing with any issues with this company your best bet is to deal with Manveer. Nunzio is an arrogant individual who talks down to you, never returns emails or follows through. He often sides with the people sitting on the committee.

Very bad experience with this Urban BC. Waiting for ages for 1 small thing to be fixed and so far hasn't been done (don't know how long to wait more???) Yes agree with all the comments below people should void this company. 1 star is still so generous for this company

I had the same experience as Andrew Wilco below. Rude, unhelpful, I spoke to Harry SIngh who did not care one bit (escalated to "manager" who also did not care one bit). Definitely to be avoided.

Urban Body Corperate Management (UBCM) should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a property that UBCM were "managing", little did I know of the mess I got myself into. The business is run by two men. The manager and one admin staffer. Having spoken and dealt with the manager, you can tell very quickly that this person is not suitable for this role. His manners on the phone are non-existant. He puts all the blame (yes blame!) on the owners when things go wrong. It was honostly exhausting having to deal with such an unprofessional person. The contract that was signed with UBCM, by the previous owners was one sided. Be very careful and read the fine print if you choose to go with them. The strata fee's were astronomical, it became clear that the service agreements had never been reviewed in the entire time that UBCM were in control. UBCM eventually ran out of the owners money and submitted their termination to us. This left us with 28 days to find a new manager who would pick up the pieces and fix the damage that had been done. To add insult to the matter UBCM demanded a termination fee and refused to hand over any documents unless this fee was paid! There are many decent and professional strata management providers out there, do your homework and hopefully you'll avoid the likes of UBCM.
