Always excellent service at Caffè Nero! Being able to click and collect from the app now is a brilliant idea particularly in light of COVID, as you can order whilst on the way or sitting outside minimising the risk of transfer indoors.
Staff are amazing! Everyone is kind, chatty and make most beautiful drinks. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cosy. But the coffee I ordered tasted rather bitter (decaf cappuccino, with Soya Milk). Maybe it was a one-off. But I'm quite fussy with coffee.
