Again for me, I use the shop because of the staff lots of plesent people working in that place! Has a great selection of retro bits too!! Its slim pickings in nuneaton for console stuff so this shop is needed!
Staff are friendly. If they dont have the item I wasn't in-store, then they'll definitely have it on the CeX website. Best place for media, without doubt.

Good place to sell your unwanted phones. Saves trying to sell one online. Also, they sell phones at good prices as well as many other media products.
Absolutely bad. Being to buy an xbox 360e, asked staff how many gb of memory there is inside, said no gb i have to buy memory, (how is possible one xbox without any memory? ) they forced me to buy a memory ok i bought. Back home, powe cable doesn't work, so back in the shop to take another one. Back home switch on xbox, and i can see there is 4gb internal memory, so staff let me bough memory for nothing. But that's no big deal. The xbox is totally broke, evey 20 minutes go in crash, became hot, and i have to switch off and switch on again. They sold an item absolutely fault!!!!
