Front desk staff are a cheery helpful team that go beyond to assist. Always been able to get an appointment. Doctors have a great attitude and actually listen. What a gem of a surgery. Having moved from what people would assume to be a far more privileged surgery I can happily say I'm much happier in Chancery Lanes care.

What a superb surgery. All the staff work as a team to deliver an excellent service. Clearly the pressures on the practice are immense with ever increasing demand and expectation but the staff can be seen to go the extra mile with a smile :-).

I found the staff very helpful and the doctors very professional only down side is no radio or tv in waiting area which would break the silence a bit.

Unfortunately, my son was assigned to the doctor without any interest in the patient. Zero explanation, no plan for treatment. I do not recommend!
