We moved from Birmingham recently and this surgery is far better than any we had before. Always able to get an appointment and the reception staff are always polite and friendly.

I have never had a problem with getting myself or and of my family in to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. All are very friendly and very thorough. When seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner I feel very comfortable and they listen to why I’m there. They also explain things really well. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The only one thing it does need improvement on is it needs a paint and update in the waiting area but that’s not what I’m there for to look at the decor.

This is our Surgery since 2016 and we absolutely loving it! Staff is always friendly and ready, willing to help. Doctors are more than happy to help and giving advices about any of your health concerns. always having time to talk and help you with.cannot be more happy about our health care here. Highly recommended!

I have to confess i fear more people will be writing reviews unless this practice changes it's current path of patient neglect and poor service provider. Today i struggled to gain an appointment and hadvto resort to calling 111 who then told me to demand an appointment after several debates with reception and follow up internally with Dr, i managed to get one. Reception said if i wasnt happy write a complaints letter which i have done and intend to hand in today. It has deteriorated vastly in all aspects of the service, appointments , medical advice is lacking staff variable from helpful to not engaged this is a common thread right through the surgery. I feel their is an underlying motive to the downturn in health support here which has changed since retirement of both the original doctors.

Very concerned to see the poor reviews - they absolutely don't reflect my experience at all! My doctor has always been very prompt, considerate and efficient in dealing with my medical needs. I have never waited more than 20 minutes when I'm in the surgery, but one must understand that the waiting times are endemic of an under-resourced NHS. That isn't the surgery's fault! I have found their telephone consultation to be particularly helpful, especially when I don't need to come into the surgery to see the doctor. He informs and empowers me to make decisions regarding my medical care whilst ensuring I am getting the right treatment. The surgery itself isn't dirty as suggested in another review. Excellent practice. Well recommended.
