The worst delivery time and greasiest takeaway I have ever had. They took over 2 hours 30 mins to deliver and they kept on lying to us about the delivery time and status of our food. When it finally got delivered it contained no chips and the mushy peas were watery and there was less than half in the pot. The burger was greasy and slimy. Would never order from them again and I do not recommend ordering from them. Look at food hygiene rating as well!

I called up for a delivery at 8:05pm, man on the phone said order will be 45mins. Finally arrived at 9:40. Order was stone cold and no drink that was ordered with a meal. Called back up and spoke to ‘Mohamed’. He said he would send another order out, I said it was too late to wait for another order (as had to work early hours next day), so I would call back next evening and have the order then instead. Mohamed agreed. I put the food in the bin because it was disgusting cold. Called up next day, asked to speak Mohamed, apparently no Mohamed works there! I asked to speak to the manager, waited 2 minutes for the manager to come on the phone. Asked him if he was the manager and he said YES. I told him what was agreed the night before and that the replacement order would be sent this evening. He said no, that it was agreed the night before that they would send another order out same night at 50%, then it was changed to the next night at 50%. I argued as that was not what was agreed. Why would I agree to pay for an order, and have another sent out and pay for that too? He said he didn’t have the authority to send out free orders. So I said I thought you were the manager? He said he not the manager and the manager was in tomorrow. I asked him why he lied and he just kept arguing and talking over me regarding the order. I asked him the managers name, to which he replied ‘Mohamed’. Seems this Mohamed is a code name for when a customer has a complaint. He said he would ring Mohamed and call me back. It must be a long phone call as it’s been an hour and half and they have not phoned me back. I order from City Pizza every week, and I feel really disrespected and like loyalty means nothing to them. I paid full price for food that was inedible
