Kids were half hour late being picked up from school such excellent services and its not down to the drivers
Cannot recommend this firm highly enough! Having used them for years I can honestly say they've NEVER let me down and have always managed to accommodate my early morning work taxis. I wont use any other firm, this firm has a lifelong customer in me.
I just want to say this company had great service we ordered a taxi came relatively fast prior to ordering and the taxi driver hes name is Steve was so helpful he help with our shopping in a busy period of the day so thank you would highly recommend this taxi driver if I could give 10 star service I would. Especially when this company at this time during an pandemic are working to transport elderly and key workers so give you credit for that so big thanks once again.
Shocking company! I feel sorry for the drivers who work for direct... when I make an agreement with someone I honour that... not letting them down at the 11th hour with no explanation.. fortunately I made it to work via another independent Ash B Taxis.. I vow never to give Direct Taxis a penny and any positive recommendations. Deal with a company who you can trust is my advice!
