Very efficient and safe click and collect procedure in place. Unfortunately you can not go in the store, which is probably best for everyone, but when you arrive they'll ask for your order number and give your items to you at the door.

Really helpful staff who are obliging. Lovely selection of curtains which are over two floors but it gives you great ideas for bedrooms. Also nice selection of net curtains which Ashley was more than happy to display the roll on the table. Thanks Dunelm team.
Ordered online for click & collect order was acknowledged and ready within 15 minutes. Emailed Dunelm to let them know we were in the car park goods brought to the car. Back home, all in less than an hour. Impressed

Usually love this shop but the cashier really needs some customer service training. No please or thank you and even before I had left the till she was fretting about going on her break. Manners cost nothing.
