Absolutely dreadful service received at this garage, had my car for 6 weeks before declaring it was a write off, customer service is non existent, manager is nice fellow can’t help but feel he gets misled by useless staff. On the whole they should be very fortunate to get the 1 star

I was reluctant to send my car here after seeing a bad review, but the guys have been very helpful and did a great job. They had missed a scratch but got it straight back in without any questions and did the work and dropped it back off to us within a couple of hours. I would recommend!

Damage was repaired well and reasonably quickly, however my vehicle was returned with a tire pressure warning light on which was not present when they took it away! Tire was 2 bar under which would have taken a minute to recitfy before returning.
An edit to my previous review. This is the second time my second car that has been in for repair, and it has come back with extra damage and overspray. I have waited for two days for a call back to get the car back in but nothing. I have called esure to express my displeasure, and am currently waiting a call from Gemini.
