Ordered off just eat accepted my order and instantly cancelled i now have to wait 7-10 working days for my own money,if you can’t deliver get off just eat!!!

Amazing customer service. Just eat didn't deliver my order and i had to wait 48 hours for a refund, however I found Greggs and the manager herself brought me fresh food of my order to my house with extra cookies and steak bake. I appreciated this so much and therefore they totally deserve this good review.
Food great but there was one person serving customers and the other two were getting deliveries done, wouldn't have been so bad but the queue was going to the other side of road, the two made no attempt to help the one on his own.
