Had the most amazing service from a young lady at the Nuneaton store. She noticed I was overloaded, asked if I’d like a basket, fetched one for me, packed it and took the heavier items to the till ‘to save me carrying them around with me’ then advised me regarding a purchase AND THEN she helped me to my car with the shopping!! No I’m not disabled, just really grateful to have received VIP treatment- thank you smiling lady, wish I’d got your name x
