Used these kennels in December 2017 my beautiful dog came back with blood in her stools and looked like a homeless dog when I saved her from there care, far more other options out there stay well clear if you love your dog

Very poor service. Kennels dirty. I asked for my dog's claws to be clipped while she was boarded there. When I returned to pick her up one of her claws was cut right down and bleeding. Updated 20/9/2018. This kennels has now had its licence revoked by the council and been closed down following a cat which was lost while in their care.

Called to ask if space for my cats as usual cattery is full (own fault for leaving it too late) given the price by the man that answered the phone, with it being 5 per day dearer than my usual I asked if I could get back to him (asked if could offer discount as we supply our own food) when I called back to book them in was told 'under the circumstances we can't take the cats' what? Because I asked if you could do it any cheaper (8.50 for one cat, 15 for 2 in the same pen with own food provided) no wonder you've got space and all the others I tried were full - btw I was quoted 9 for both by one and 10 for both by another. Since I learned you lost someone's cat recently in glad you declined my booking
