I ordered wedding rings from them, waiting time around 3 weeks, good quality. Nice and helpful staff. While receiving the wedding rings, they offered a free cleaning of the engagement ring (waiting time less then one week), what was very nice. I recommend it very much.

I had spent a good deal of time over the last year or two looking for a particular watch and dealing with large jewellery chain stores, that's when I stumbled on Johnsons. Due to covid, visiting the branch wasn't really a sensible option. So I liaised over the phone and via email with a lovely lady called Bethan. Every step of the way, regardless of how many questions I had, they were professional and helpful whilst being friendly.
