Can’t say a bad thing about these chaps. Even on the day we went to pick up the Mrs car, they had issues (-3c) with water and valeting, as it wasn’t a proper valet they chucked some fuel in to say sorry. Couple minor issues (cosmetic) and they bent over backwards to resolve. I have been a pain to deal with but these guys have been professional and helpful at all times. I will always consider them if I ever want a Mercedes! Thank you so much chaps!

When you’re looking to buy a used car you want to feel that you can trust the garage you get the car from and that they will offer a great aftersales service should you have any problems. Mercland gets a thumbs up on both fronts. I bought my new car from Vish, he has been brilliant throughout. The car needed a bit of cosmetic work to tidy it up before I collected it, and they did all of that for me. There has been a minor issue with a rattle coming from the windscreen and a sensor on the exhaust that needed replacing, but they had the car back with no quibbles or problems and, credit to them, sorted it out. I’ve already recommended them to family and friends and honestly believe that you will have nothing but a positive experience if you deal with these guys. I have spoken to most of the staff there, including service, and they are all fabulous. The only very minor criticism is that they could be better at getting back to you, but they are busy people working in a pandemic. The garage is always a buzz with activity and I have seen first hand that they shift a lot of cars – perhaps victims of their own success! Definitely a great small, family owned business and I would 100% buy another car from them. In fact, my wife is interested in an A-Class, so we will be keeping an eye on what stock they have as I won’t go anywhere else for it. I don’t write many reviews, but these guys definitely deserve their 5 star rating!

Very nice cars. I wanted to buy one, just before I paid the deposit for my peace of mind I attempted to do a HPI check with the AA, requested V5C serial number to complete check, company refused to give it, I paid 30 for this check. Things took a turn and the gentlemen became rude when I tried to explain why I felt like I needed to do this for my peace of mind (I mean if your that confident in your product, you wouldn't mind). Instead of listening and trying to talk to me he rudely ended the sale process with \Let's call it a day then\ and walked off, this left me with even less assurance that the car and company was not legitimate.

I bought my second mercedes from Mercland in August last year so been using it daily since then. Its a beautiful C class 250CDi 61 plate. After 5 months use I had a couple of mechanical problems. Took the car back to Mercland and explained the problems. They booked me in and I have just received the car back. Not only have they fixed the problems they have changed the pollen filter and the gearbox oil all for no charge. I would recommend them anytime.

Bought a Jag XF from here. A family run business, everyone I dealt with were great and made things easy and go smoothly. They have some good quality motors for sale. After sales are spot on too. Highly recommended.
