I was in the sad situation of saying goodbye to my best boy Buster. I was and still am totally devastated, I will never be able to replace his manner, clumsiness, sulky at times, loving, caring, fun and I could go on. So this may give you an understanding of the total mess I was in. Buster was treated with the most caring and respectful way....and so was I. Respect....a big word with so few letters. It has been a week and I'm still very tearful and missing my boy so badly.. I would not have managed in any way had my boy been treated as just another....he was to the profession, but I give my highest regard and respect back to PAWS who saw him so quickly to assess what I knew was inevitable. I experienced the same only a year before.Thankyou all, not many people are kind enough to use those words, they respected the sadness and remorse I was experiencing. Thankyou, all so much from my heart x Ben is my scruffy man and Buster was my Border.

I've been using this vet for the past 10 years and have never had any issues to doubt the abilities of the staff. They are very caring and compassionate and treat the animals as if they were their own. If you do have to claim on insurance they will expect you to pay and claim on the insurance as they've been caught out before which I can understand their reasons for that, but I'm sure they would be willing to discuss anything related to the claim process. Definitely recommend these and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future
