Absolutely disgusted the way this receptionist was to me this morning!! not polite and not professional at all!! So rude save yourself and don't bother getting registered here! absolutely arrogant! This surgery needs a kind receptionist as life is tough anyways!! so next time be kind enough !!!!

The receptionist is just disrespectful to the minor ethnic group. I don't know if she was talking rudely to me because of my ethnicity or she does that in general. The receptionist’s name was Safiya Sheikh. Never coming back to this GP! It is not worth your time and they don't value you. I thought GP was supposed to be a safe place? I guess not. Would give zero stars if I could.
After reading all the negative reviews I was skeptical about visiting this GP. To my dismay I faced an impolite receptionist upon my visit. Find another GP because she is not worth concerning with, especially when you’re unwell.
The receptionist at this surgery, Safiya Sheikh, was APPALLING. As someone who also works in the NHS, I am horrified at her rude attitude towards patients. There is no place for unkind and out right rude people like her in the NHS. This surgery SERIOUSLY needs to consider hiring new staff if they want to continue providing patient centred service. Save yourself from the hassle of dealing with SAFIYA SHEIKH and register yourself at a different GP.
The receptionist was very rude & not helpful at all! Never have I ever been so disrespected. Dont bother registering with this gp. Would give it 0 star if I could. The receptionist’s name was either Sabina or Safiya Sheikh. Very rude.
