Really friendly and helpful staff, know how to smile and have a sense of humour. They didn't rush me and were keen to help. Was dealt with by about 3 members of staff and all were super friendly and made sure I was looked after.

Absolutely disgusted with them. Received glasses from their Nuneaton branch and when I got them home they have a hairline crack in them. I took them back to be told I must have done it myself they won’t repair or replace them but I can buy another pair for another 200! Now I am stuck with glasses with a crack and I just hope they last till I can afford new ones from somewhere else. Never ever will I deal with this company again the staff at the Nuneaton branch could not have been more rude or less helpful if they tried! Please DO NOT use Specsavers Nuneaton and spare yourself the pain of dealing with their staff!

Went into the store for my very first eye test today, i couldn't fault the staff and the service, the staff were really friendly and helpful and always smiling. They had plenty of time to talk to you and also made sure what they were going to do next. I chose my glasses left a happy customer.
