Having purchased a property from Springbourne Homes which we decided on when the site was only 50% completed we would like to express how happy we are and say it has been a relatively trouble free experience and i can only praise the staff and management at Springbourne Homes, moving home is always a very big decision and having looked at other new builds before making a decision i can only highlight that we feel very happy in the Home. The fittings and fixtures are of a very high standard and if i had one criticism it would be a constructive criticism to the manufacturers of the appliance in our home and that would be to make the instruction manuals easier for us born in the 50's to understand. We have had a couple of follow up visits by Springbourne staff and been taken through how to use and how to set up the appliances and timers in our home. We are very happy with our Luxury Home and more than happy with the help we have received from 'The Springbourne Team'.

I was honoured to be invited to attend the re-dedication of the memorial to the 380 members of NATSOPA who fell in World War One. Director, Adrian Burr, of Springbourne Homes LTD had worked hard to discover the nature of the original memorial. It was fitting that the memorial stands where the NATSOPA chapel once stood. The chapel has been preserved and forms part of one of the small number of luxury homes being built. After the rededication ceremony Mr Burr led us on a tour of the site where we saw the tree planted by King George VI on his visit to the NATSOPA Homes, also preserved. We were then shown around one of the luxury houses. I was impressed by the quality of the build, the open nature of the site, large gardens, and the care taken to lay the estate out carefully enabling splendid views across the surrounding landscape. A fitting chapter in the life of this historic site.

As a past customer of Adrian's at Springbourne Homes (Hilditch Way) and having loved living in my Apartment i recommended my relatives who are considering a move up to the area to have a look at the new Homes that Adrian is building near Market Bosworth. I have been in my apartment over 10 years and have especially enjoyed the security it gives with the door telephone system to enter and the way the apartment is set out to give me the comfort and security i wanted. I asked for some changes to the original set out and was more than happy with the way these were dealt with, I'm a very happy customer and have recommended my family to look at the new ones. I have become a fan of cricket since moving here as i overlook the cricket ground from my balcony. Just need the weather.

Very disappointed of the quality of the Springbourne Homes Market Bosworth site - was looking forward to moving into Market Bosworth Area as part of our retirement plan so heard about this development. Firstly its miles from Market Bosworth and the houses are crammed in like a cheap estate. I'm afraid we will spend our money elsewhere because the prices are simply ridiculous for what you get.

Very unhappy with the whole experience purchasing my luxury build from Springbourne Homes. Not delivered on customer service, many defects with the property, very unresponsive, constant chasing and fobbing off. Stick to the larger companies as at least they have accountability. Wouldn't buy another Sprinbourne luxury home!
