I took two bags of good quality things. As I walked in the staff member was so rude, shouting only one bag. I was so shocked by the way she spoke to me, humiliated. I normally always go to this shop. Not again, I would rather put it in the bin

The manager here with the pink fringe is a terrible person. I saw her berate a staff member because she used a calculator to work out discount off an item. This is a charitable establishment but the staff are devoid of sensitivity...
