I have been a patient at this surgery 2016 to 2020 and have always recieved wonderful service, the doctors have always taken the time to talk to me and explain treatments needed and medicines given. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly even during the lock down. i really wish I could have stayed with them after i moved out of the area. Jennie..

I have waited over an hour in the queue to be cut off multiple times now. Is someone just hanging up the lines when it get too busy? Originally I have a screen shot of over 40 calls to finally get a call tone. Other times it’s just engaged I was kept in queue position 1 for 15 minutes before having to just hang up. The hospital couldn’t understand how I hadn’t had a back scan considering the pain I was in and my symptoms. After being rushed in an ambulance to Coventry, multiple visits to A&E Nuneaton in the 3 months of horrible pain the doctor decided It might me time for a back scan and to their utter shock the scan found serious problems. Imagine that. After an unusual phone call from a different doctor that didn’t want to tell me the results until he had clarified a few things. (Covering themselves or for someone perhaps?) I’m now trying to just get the note for me being signed off work to be extended and need of stronger tablets but can’t get trough again! The receptionists have always been polite and helpful and most of the doctors I’ve seen for years have been great. Just recently the new people I’ve spoke to have been Penny pinching robots that’s if I can even get through. The surgery is failing right now and someone in charge needs to get on it. I don’t want to hear the excuses of covid. Adapt, get on it and you may get more positive reviews

Terrible GP that cannot do referrals, prescriptions or get a blood form right. The Doctors do not care about patients, I will be making a formal complaint through NHS England for the incompetent and utterly dangerous practices this GP is allowed to continue which need an immediate investigation. They have caused significant delays upon delays and followed up with not taking any responsibility. Honestly need to get it right first time otherwise might as well close up shop. Avoid at all costs.

A ‘jobs-worth’ practise that finds its patients an inconvenience. Just call and listen to the list of ‘you must nots’ before pressing 1 for, 2 for... then you frequently get simply cut off! Oh, and the doors are still padlocked too!

At present the GPs at The Grange seem to have shut up shop. All calls are answered automatically by voice and then transferred to an engaged signal. I've tried so many times, but have given up. Maybe their rep can reply to - Does an engaged signal mean you hang up or wait for an answer? Suggestion - why not get a good answering service that tells you where you are in the queue with a time estimate?
