Used a voucher for our daughters birthday, the staff messed it up and could only use part of the gift card and then we were left with half the amount unusable, didn’t offer nothing to make up for it, not acceptable! Avoid!

Sales assistant very polite...but.. Not sure why there is a restriction on postage stamps.. wanted four 2nd class but was told I had to have six. Then informed if I wanted six stamps I could only buy first class.. ended up with 12 second class....another win for the retailer.!
One of the biggest selections of magazines I've ever seen stocked in one place. Nice quality products but at the pricier end of the scale.
Good range of cards, has books, magazines and stationary, staff are quite helpful and friendly.
Better than the library, in my opinion. Just pick up a magazine and read away. You'll find most patrons in here have mastered the art...
