This review is long overdue. I would recommend Shiv to anyone who is looking to purchase a home - especially if you're looking in the Cary area. Shiv was super responsive and knowledgeable (and put up with a LOT of questions from us) and ensured that the home purchasing process was a smooth experience for us (or at least as smooth as it can be!). My husband and I had a firm idea of what we were looking for, and Shiv represented our interests very well when dealing with sellers. Shiv is very transparent, works hard for his clients and displays a genuine interest in making sure his clients find the home they desire.
