Is it fast food or restaurant ? with my kids I visited here , One ordered time 45 minute . It was too Late ,in future we will never go here

They told me to wait for 15 minutes and the order took 1 hour and 15 minutes. They have very rude staff the ladies on the counter don't know how to treat costumers. She has attitude.
