UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGLIGENT WITH AN INCOMPETENT ADMIN TEAM WHO DON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE MEDICAL TEAM. After a slick sounding online sales pitch, my partner and I signed up for a course of IVF with this clinic and made a two appointments. Prior to our first appointment, we filled out a number of forms providing detailed medical information and data about ourselves. We also had to pay money UP FRONT in anticipation of treatment. We checked with the clinic on several occasions to ask if all the information was fine to allow us to proceed with treatment. We were told, repeatedly, by the phone representative that everything was fine and that there would be no barriers to treatment. When we turned up for the appointment, the doctors took one look at our data and said they could proceed based on some of the numbers we had provided. It is clear that the Doctors had not reviewed our information at all! The Doctors said that we would be issued a full refund which we eventually received after having to chase it up. For added evidence of incompetence, a \Doctor\ from the clinic called us up for our second appointment, completely unaware that the appointment had been cancelled and that the first appointment had not even occurred! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

INCOMPETENT!! ARRIVED WITH DREAMS AND LEFT IN TEARS. After a slick and well scripted online sales presentation which promised me the family I am longing for, I eagerly signed up for treatment and booked two appointments. In preparation for the first appointment a member of the administration team asked me to provide some essential medical information through an online form, which I did. I asked the administrator to confirm if there was anything in the data that would bar me from receiving treatment. I was told on numerous occasions by that everything was fine. It is clear that the medical team had never seen this data as when I arrived for the first appointment, a nurse took one glance at the information and told me that one of the values meant that I COULD NOT receive treatment and that all my appointments would be cancelled. The nurse was cold and dismissive and left me feeling heartbroken and shattered. The incompetence of this clinic was re-confirmed to me when a Doctor called me a few days later for the second appointment. The doctor had no idea that the first appointment had not taken place and that the second appointment had been cancelled. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH WITH THIS CLINIC!
Lovely team working hard to help people have babies! We have been with them a while now and the team are fantastic, we are still waiting for our Miracle baby but the staff have been excellent along the way knowing exactly what to say at the right time and being so supportive to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to everyone at Nurture fertility, both staff at Burton and Nottingham clinics. Thankyou for all of your kindness along the way of our emotional journey. I have just finished my first cycle of icsi and today is test day. Throughout all of the communication, phone calls, appointments & procedures we couldn't have had better treatment. The Nurses are friendly and supportive, thankyou to the lady at Nottingham who looked after me on the day i got upset. Thankyou to the lovely embryologists ringing to give frequent updates. Thankyou to the reception teams who worked especially hard.. details such as wiping door handles after each patient are things i really noticed and appreciated xxx I would recommend anyone about to embark on a new journey of fertilty treatment to head straight to nurture Xxx
Absolutely amazing care. Really made to feel welcome. Couldn’t possibly praise nurture enough. Constantly kept informed and made to feel at ease. I would use nurture without a second thought for any other fertility specialists. Made my experience the best it could be. I’m now just waiting to test
