I have been a customer of Nutters since they were at Cuckoo bridge and eventhough my purchases have been small, an obscure bolt here and there and have never let me down yet, and I can't see them ever failing If you have a problem with an application, Melvin will ALWAYS find a solution, not only that, but his staff are equally as helpful and they treat you with courtesy and respect just as if you were a big purchaser. (Note: Them replacement bolts for them security bolts went in a treat. Thanks ) I tell you, if the there was a God of nuts and bolts, Melvin would be THE MAN and his staff not far behind. Great service with a smile unlike them sour faced so and so's in other hardware stores. Thanks Lads.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MEL AT NUTTERS BIRMINGHAM , Although my order was small and needed to be cut to size he was very accommodating and I wish more people/ companies had the same work ethic well done mel and nutters
