Water rarely gets hot in the shower and all they told us was it was because of where our apartment was located. Maintenance came to our apartment and said they had to talk to their supervisor and never returned. Our apartment gets incredibly hot during the summer and the AC has to remain on all day to stay comfortable costing a lot for our energy bill. The oven does work properly and neither does the microwave. Our neighbors next store smoke and the comes into our apartment through the ceiling vent in the bathroom. I submitted a request to fix that and received a response. Their laundry machines are always broken and don’t properly drain. I could go on. Don’t stay here, pay a little extra and live somewhere else.

Never move here. Horrible customer service. Horrible bug problem. Always shutting off water with no notice. Horrible neighbors. Horrible everything. Can’t wait to move out of this place.
They will tow your car for any reason. Tell you what you need for a permit and then explain that that's not what you need. They prey on college goers and the management is the worst I've ever witnessed. They will literally be yelling at someone on the phone when you walk into the office. Cockroaches among other problems. Just stay away.
It will Take three weeks to return your holding free if you are denied. I had to call the corporate office.
