Showroom is absolutely good and so are the staff except their manager Mr Jai, who is very rude and unprofessional. He wants fast money and doesn't give his customers time to be selective. A manager who is not a people's person. Even his employees express their unhappiness to their customers but not to him. Pathetic experience with this guy. He delivered my tiles at 8:00pm and expected me to arrange labourers at that time to unload not understanding the situation, he didn't delay the arrangement.
