Worst service ,i came all the way from Colombo to get copies of my birth certificate and non of the staff were intinterest in attending to my request. All they said was to fill an appliapplication and hand over saying it will take more than two weeks for them to find it throuthr the system and post it.where as their KPI is to issue birth certificates within 10 miniutes. what is the purpose of hanging a board with all their quick service if they carnt stick to it. Also noticed that their wonderful service towards diffrently able community . They can enter through access entry and jum over chairs to reach them.
